Return and Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

Note: Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for size issues unless there is a size mismatch from your order.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at waahtees@gmail.com.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Please contact our support team at waahtees@gmail.com to initiate the return and receive the return address.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to get a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.

• Other Locations: 2–3 business days
